The Embassy Dancesport Championship in Los Angeles hosts the World Pro-Am Championships. The Open Youth International Ballroom title is contested over the full five-dance program: Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.
Aaron and Anna Zotova competed as couple 584 in Heat 1276 and came through the earlier rounds into the final, where nine judges marked each dance.
They finished 5th of the five finalists. In a championship of this size the field is cut down well before the final, so reaching the final round is the result that matters here, this was the strongest company Aaron has danced in.
